Wedding Photography is an art form in itself. Photographing a wedding is not easy and a very brave thing to contemplate undertaking. With over 20 years experience Patrick from McCowie Photography has a guiding ethos that is driven purely by quality, attention to detail and planning.

Patrick will meet with you well in advance of your special day to map out exactly how the day is planned, how many guests and relatives are attending, the location, a plan "B" in case of rain and those all important timings. With all this information we will map out a wedding shoot planner to ensure we capture everything on the day.

Patrick usually starts the day capturing the bride getting ready, hair done, makeup etc then off to wherever the groom and the best man are to capture their morning getting ready. The rest of the day's shooting is as you would expect with the ceremony, traditional after ceremony images, group shots and then Patrick will take the bride and groom away somewhere quiet for some special images of you both to treasure.

That is usually where the shoot ends however if you want the reception, speeches, and evening celebrations captured we can do that too.

The images will be presented digitally on a memory stick with a selection of those we feel are best representative of the day. If you wish to have us create stunning photobooks, canvas's or individual prints this can be priced in advance of the shoot. The standard package starts at £450.00 with increases based on time spent at your wedding and any hard media that we create for you.
